FIFA Quality on Synthetic Grass

Since 2001, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has had a standardization program for synthetic grass called the FIFA Quality Program for Football Turf. This standardization was created for three main reasons, namely to replicate the quality of the real grass, minimize the risk of the players during the match and ensure the durability of this synthetic grass.

FFIFA divides the synthetic turf certification into 2 levels. The best standard is FIFA Quality Pro which is installed on the official football match field with the best performance and maximum safety. Synthetic turf at tthis level is used up to 20 hours per week, and has strict requirements on field size and does not include logos.

The second level, namely FIFA Quality, combines endurance and safety for use in soccer training or recreational sports. The use of synthetic grass at this level is a maximum of 40-60 hours per week.

Working closely with a synthetic turf supplier recommended by FIFA, Datra provides a wide selection of synthetic grass according to your needs. Contact us for further consultation.
