Project Manager – Infrastruktur Olahraga & Ruang Publik
Employment Type: Full Time or long-term project-based placement
Position Summary:
Leads the full lifecycle of sports facility and public space construction projects—from planning to handover—with a focus on quality, budget efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution and represent the company on site
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
- Lead meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety (K3) standards are enforced
- Maintain company reputation through strong work ethics and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; total of 10 years in the industry is a plus
- Preferred to hold a Project Management certification (at least intermediate level)
- Experienced in sports facility or similar infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Primavera/MS Project and knowledgeable in construction and safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
PROJECT CONTROLLER
Job Type: Full Time
Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing technical documentation and project control activities—including QA/QC aspects—to ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality standards, timelines, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control the S-Curve, Master Schedule, and Deliverable Register
- Manage documentation: Material Approvals (local & international), Shop Drawings, and Work Methods
- Prepare and monitor: Work Permits, SHE Plans, and Job Risk Assessments
- Compile quality control documents: RFIs, ITPs, and QA/QC Logs
- Coordinate across teams and deliver technical reports to clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Control or Engineering Documentation
- Possess a valid SKK/SKA (Building Construction, HSE, or related field)
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD
Bonus Qualifications:
- Holds certifications in HSE and/or ISO Auditing
- Experience in sports infrastructure projects
Head of Project & Production Delivery – Sports Infrastructure & Public Spaces
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Summary:
Responsible for leading the execution of Datra’s construction projects, particularly stadiums, sports facilities, and public spaces, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with specifications, and adherence to budget without compromising quality and safety.
Oversees end-to-end project delivery from mobilization to handover, including cross-functional coordination (design, procurement, finance), multi-site project management, audit-ready documentation standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously (stadiums, sports facilities, public infrastructure)
- Manage subcontractor selection, performance, and accountability
- Control project schedules, milestones, and proactively mitigate and escalate risks
- Ensure all project documentation meets audit standards (including SOE/government projects)
- Maintain safety standards with a target of zero LTI (Lost Time Injury)
- Ensure on-time project delivery in line with client agreements
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement project management systems, processes, reporting standards, and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in handling complex or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) multi-site projects
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, including SOE/government procurement processes
- Experience managing subcontractor networks and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English
- Strong financial literacy (ability to read project P&L, manage budgets, and control cost variance)
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in sports facilities, public spaces, or institutional infrastructure is an advantage
Product Designer – Datra Sports
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual & Technical Design
- Develop structural and visual designs for Datra Sports’ core products: padel courts, net sport equipment (tennis, badminton, volleyball), and team sport equipment (basketball hoops, soccer goals, player benches, etc.).
- Create virtual prototypes, 3D mock-ups, and manufacturing-ready engineering drawings.
- Research & Innovation
- Study sports regulations, material trends, and competitor technologies.
- Produce design solutions that enhance safety, durability, ease of installation, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Installation teams to ensure designs align with market needs and can be efficiently executed on-site.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Product/Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture (structural focus), or related fields. - Experience:
3–5 years as a Product/Industrial Designer or in structural design, metal fabrication, sports equipment, or metal furniture. Bonus: Experience designing metal/aluminum/steel products or outdoor/sports products. - Software Skills:
- 3D Modeling: SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino, atau setara
- Rendering: KeyShot, V-Ray
- 2D Drawings: AutoCAD
- Nilai plus: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Material Knowledge:
Understanding of steel, aluminum, composites, engineering plastics, and manufacturing processes (welding, bending, injection molding). - Technical Documentation:
Ability to prepare BOMs, material specifications, and installation guidelines. - Soft Skills:
Innovative, detail-oriented, communicative, independent, adaptive, and passionate about sports. - English Proficiency:
Minimum passive to intermediate level (able to read catalogs, technical specifications, and basic communication).
AI Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site preferred, hybrid considered)
Position Summary:
A hands-on role focused on building, developing, and running AI systems that directly impact sales, operations, and client communication. This role emphasizes fast execution over research.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Systems & Automation (Primary Focus)
Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to improve sales conversion, lead qualification, and client follow-up
Design and develop RAG systems using internal knowledge bases (products, projects, pricing, technical specifications)
Automate back-office and project management workflows using LLM pipelines (n8n, LangChain, or equivalent)
Develop AI-powered tools for reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and project milestone monitoring
Build AI-driven communication systems (WhatsApp & email) for client-facing use
Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI systems (accuracy, cost, reliability)
Identify high-ROI AI use cases and prototype solutions
2. Infrastructure & DevOps (Supporting Role)
Manage and optimize Google Workspace (structure, access, security)
Handle API credentials, service accounts, and access control
Monitor system uptime, backups, and data integrity (including alerts & logging)
Administer PostgreSQL databases as the system backbone
Support deployment and development of Datra OS
3. Collaboration & Execution
Execute technical implementations for all AI initiatives led by the Strategic Associate – AI Initiative
Maintain clear system documentation to avoid knowledge silos
Provide realistic technical estimates (timelines and complexity)
Identify and mitigate technical risks early
Coordinate with the Group AI Agent on system architecture and integration
Ensure systems meet standards: secure, lean, reliable, and auditable
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience (min. 1 year with LLMs in production)
- Proficiency in Python and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with RAG systems, AI agents, or automation workflows
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Preferred:
- Experience with WhatsApp API, CRM/ERP integrations
- Familiarity with GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and Linux
- PostgreSQL optimization and monitoring systems
