Description
Jakarta International Stadium stands as the crown of the city, a FIFA-standard arena that accommodates 82,000 spectators, featuring an iconic façade and an advanced retractable roof, said to be the largest in Asia.
As a subcontractor supporting Wika Gedung, Datra handled various civil works, the procurement and installation of riser-mounted stadium seating, and multiple supporting equipment. The project was carried out amid complex political dynamics, tight deadlines, and the pandemic period. We won the tender through a calculated risk strategy, standing out as the only team with a deep understanding of sightlines and spectator comfort standards. To overcome challenges, we established an assembly facility near the site, a move that proved effective when supply chain disruptions and weather issues arose, ensuring quality and speed remained intact.
The Juang spirit was evident as we pursued targets amid the pandemic crisis. Rancang came alive through tender strategy, logistics planning, and sightline precision. Akhlak was upheld through clean administration and strict adherence to specifications. Wadah and Akrab shaped solid on-site collaboration. Asa kept us steadfast until project handover.
Today, JIS stands tall as a grand stage for world-class sports, a testament that integrity, precision, and hard work resonate most powerfully in a job completed with excellence.
