Greenset Grand Slam

GreenSet GRAND SLAM is a premium tennis court surface that’s durable, non-slip, and comfortable underfoot. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and for all playing styles.

Developed in 1970 with moderate shock absorption to protect knee joints, this surface has been tested and certified by the ITF as a Medium to Medium-Slow surface.

Widely used in elite clubs and private sports facilities, GreenSet GRAND SLAM can be applied over asphalt, concrete, wood, or existing resin surfaces that need renovation.

This tennis court is built with a multi-layered system to ensure maximum comfort and performance:

1. Asphalt/Concrete – A strong and stable foundation

2. Bonding Coat – Adhesive layer between coatings

3. Black Base – Protective base layer

4. Eco Cushion Coats – Eco-friendly cushioning for player comfort

5. Additional Black Base – Stabilizes the top layers

6. Finish Coats – Weather-resistant color and texture

7. Lines – Precision court markings

These layers create a safe, durable surface ideal for competitive play.

Surface Thickness

The minimum thickness of the entire system is 3.5 mm and can be adjusted as needed.
