Project Manager – Infrastruktur Olahraga & Ruang Publik
Employment Type: Full Time or long-term project-based placement
Position Summary:
Leads the full lifecycle of sports facility and public space construction projects—from planning to handover—with a focus on quality, budget efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution and represent the company on site
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
- Lead meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety (K3) standards are enforced
- Maintain company reputation through strong work ethics and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; total of 10 years in the industry is a plus
- Preferred to hold a Project Management certification (at least intermediate level)
- Experienced in sports facility or similar infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Primavera/MS Project and knowledgeable in construction and safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
PROJECT CONTROLLER
Job Type: Full Time
Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing technical documentation and project control activities—including QA/QC aspects—to ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality standards, timelines, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control the S-Curve, Master Schedule, and Deliverable Register
- Manage documentation: Material Approvals (local & international), Shop Drawings, and Work Methods
- Prepare and monitor: Work Permits, SHE Plans, and Job Risk Assessments
- Compile quality control documents: RFIs, ITPs, and QA/QC Logs
- Coordinate across teams and deliver technical reports to clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Control or Engineering Documentation
- Possess a valid SKK/SKA (Building Construction, HSE, or related field)
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD
Bonus Qualifications:
- Holds certifications in HSE and/or ISO Auditing
- Experience in sports infrastructure projects
Head of Project & Production Delivery – Sports Infrastructure & Public Spaces
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Summary:
The Head of Project & Production Delivery reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a pivotal role as the driving force behind project execution. This position ensures every project is delivered with exceptional quality, strong integrity, and meticulous attention to detail—building lasting trust with clients.
This role oversees the full lifecycle of project and production delivery, including people management, timely execution, budget accuracy, and ensuring client payment fulfillment is on track.
- Project Execution
- Lead the full project implementation cycle from mobilization to completion and billing.
- Uphold field quality, workplace safety, and stakeholder confidence.
- Budget & Financial Control
- Supervise budget preparation under the trifecta approval system and monitor real-time spending.
- Coordinate with Finance/Sales to ensure timely invoicing and progressive payments.
- Progress Monitoring & Systematic Reporting
- Oversee project monitoring through a unified dashboard and project management tools.
- Utilize the Odoo ERP system for standardized reporting and control.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead combined teams (PMs/engineers and field workers) and provide evaluation and coaching.
- Strengthen a culture of discipline, care, safety, and ownership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Conflict Resolution
- Manage difficult conversations decisively and translate data into actionable steps.
- Maintain consistent coordination rhythms with the COO, CEO, and departmental leaders.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Innovation
- Update implementation–handover SOPs and enrich the Datra Playbook with project learnings.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and data systems to enhance field execution.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline. - Experience:
8–10 years as a Project Manager handling medium–large construction projects (≥ IDR 50 billion or equivalent complexity). Preferred: Experience in sports facilities, playgrounds, recreation areas, or similar infrastructure projects. - Certifications:
Intermediate-level Project Management/Building Management certification or equivalent (highly preferred). - Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methods, HSSE standards, Indonesian building regulations, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. - Software Proficiency:
Professional-level skills in Primavera, Odoo, Onsite, or MS Project. - Leadership & Analytical Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Languages:
Excellent Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage. - Technology & Innovation:
Familiarity with automation systems, AI-powered project management tools, and modern construction technologies.
Product Designer – Datra Sports
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual & Technical Design
- Develop structural and visual designs for Datra Sports’ core products: padel courts, net sport equipment (tennis, badminton, volleyball), and team sport equipment (basketball hoops, soccer goals, player benches, etc.).
- Create virtual prototypes, 3D mock-ups, and manufacturing-ready engineering drawings.
- Research & Innovation
- Study sports regulations, material trends, and competitor technologies.
- Produce design solutions that enhance safety, durability, ease of installation, and overall user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Installation teams to ensure designs align with market needs and can be efficiently executed on-site.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Product/Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture (structural focus), or related fields. - Experience:
3–5 years as a Product/Industrial Designer or in structural design, metal fabrication, sports equipment, or metal furniture. Bonus: Experience designing metal/aluminum/steel products or outdoor/sports products. - Software Skills:
- 3D Modeling: SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino, atau setara
- Rendering: KeyShot, V-Ray
- 2D Drawings: AutoCAD
- Nilai plus: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Material Knowledge:
Understanding of steel, aluminum, composites, engineering plastics, and manufacturing processes (welding, bending, injection molding). - Technical Documentation:
Ability to prepare BOMs, material specifications, and installation guidelines. - Soft Skills:
Innovative, detail-oriented, communicative, independent, adaptive, and passionate about sports. - English Proficiency:
