Grand Opening  of the Solo Manahan Stadium by President Jokowi

On February 15, 2020, President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Solo Manahan Stadium. The inauguration of the stadium was marked by the signing of an inscription. In his remarks, Jokowi was very grateful that the renovation process of the stadium, which was the pride of the Solo residents, had been completed. The stadium is now equipped with better supporting facilities. Manahan Solo is a stadium with a capacity of 20,003 spectators and is currently being nominated for one of the U-20 World Cup venues next year.

The renovation of the Manahan Stadium in Solo has been carried out since 2018 and was completed at the end of 2019. Solo Manahan Stadium was originally built in 1989 using an area of ​​170,000 m2 and a building area of ​​33,300 m2.  In 1998, the Solo Manahan Stadium was finally inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, H.M.Soeharto.

With qualified facilities equivalent to the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK), Manahan Stadium is expected to be one of the main venues in the future. Datra Internusa was involved in the renovation of the Solo Manahan Stadium and was responsible for working on the construction of stadium seats in collaboration with Adhi Karya as the main contractor. In addition to stadium seats, Datra also has the capability to construct grass (turf) football with qualifying standards that meet FIFA standards.
