With the onset of a global pandemic we have to start changing our lifestyle, and one way to do is to evaluate our contribution to nature by investing in sustainable buildings. One of the pioneers in using bamboo as a building material is the IBUKU team based in Bali, Indonesia. Their team of designers have the mission to build homes and buildings that have a connection to nature. In this talk, we invite the founder of IBUKU and a TED speaker, Ibu Elora Hardy, to share her perspectives and experiences in building capabilities to work with sustainable materials such as bamboo and making a positive impact for the future of our planet Earth.
